Attwood VisionAir Ergonomic Seat W/Flip-up Bolster is built to withstand harsh marine environments. EMT (Elastomeric Mesh Technology) in the contoured backrest and seat distributes weight evenly, conforming to each person's shape. It will not deform under pressure and always returns to its original tension without sagging, outpeforming vinyl in pressure distribution and heat dissipation. Unlike vinyl, bare skin won't stick as the ventilated mesh prevents body heat build-up and transfers heat away. Air and water pass through freely without getting trapped for a more comfortable, drier surface. Resilient open weave mesh fibers shift out of the way of any penetrating objects, returning to their normal position by gently rubbing the affected area. Smooth action integral flip-up bolster quickly adds 7" of supported height dramatically improving the driver's field of vision when docking or maneuvering the boat when off plane and difficult to see over the bow. Vinyl and foam covered arms and bolster construction. Exceeds ABYC H-31 (American Boat & Yacht Council) Saftey Standards.
